E-Commerce Manager
About Stoov
At Stoov, we make smart, cordless infrared heating products that warm people, not the planet. As a certified B Corp and market leader lifestyle brand, we're active in multiple European markets with a clear mission: deliver comfort sustainably. Warmth, your way.
To support our growth, we’re looking for a hands-on
E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our international e-commerce storefronts.
About the role
As our E-commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the technical performance, UX, and growth of our Shopify stores across multiple markets. From managing product listings and launching campaigns to optimizing speed, fixing bugs, and improving checkout flows, you make sure everything works and performs.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, tech and a external development agency and play a crucial role in scaling Stoov across Europe.
What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify storefronts, including B2B
Upload products, maintain collections, improve navigation and merchandising logic
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to launch campaigns, banners, and landing pages
Continuously optimize UX, speed, and performance across devices
Troubleshoot bugs, app conflicts, and implement fixes
Manage third-party apps and tools like Klaviyo, Shoplift, Clarity, etc.
Improve CRO through A/B testing and funnel analysis
Configure and manage international setup: languages, currencies, tax/VAT, shipping
Liaise with external developers/agencies
Track performance with GA4 & Tableau and translate data into actionable improvements
You bring
4+ years working experience in a D2C business with hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus environment
Deep knowledge of the Shopify admin, Liquid templating, metafields, and theme customization
Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for small changes
Experience with Shopify’s app ecosystem (Klaviyo, Segments, Shoplift, etc.) and connections with other platforms (Channable)
Familiar with conversion tracking, GA4, and UX best practices
Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently
Structured, detail-oriented and proactive. You take ownership, not just tasks
Fluent in Dutch & English (German or French are a plus)
What we offer
High-impact role: Your work directly shapes our customer experience and growth
Autonomy: Full ownership of the Shopify platform and store performance
Fast-paced environment: Be part of an ambitious international brand with strong momentum
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with brand, content, tech, and performance teams
Growth opportunities: As we scale, your role can scale with us
Hybrid setup: 4 days in-office (Utrecht), 1 day remote
Team perks: Great employee benefits, early access to new products, employee discounts, and an inspiring office near the city center
Salary: €4.500–€5.500 gross/month (based on experience)

When you think you’re the right fit and like the idea of working in a fun, free-spirited company, we’d love to receive your motivation letter and CV.
