WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As our Commercial Specialist B2B & Retail, you’re the linchpin of our wholesale and business operations. You ensure our retail partners and B2B clients — from boutique retailers to international chains — get the service, support, and input they need. You handle commercial requests, drive activation at the point of sale, and work across teams to make sure everything clicks behind the scenes.
You combine commercial drive with creativity and precision. You enjoy the buzz of working in a fast-paced, international environment — and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Wholesale & B2B Support
Be the first point of contact for our business clients and retail partners
Support key account management with premium resellers
Handle inbound B2B leads: qualify, quote, and help close the deal
Coordinate sample requests, product data, and logistics info with internal teams
Build structured, high-impact sales proposals and presentations
Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Brand to ensure seamless customer experiences
Create smart business cases to support commercial decisions
Get hands-on — from brainstorming sales campaigns to preparing POS materials
Retail & POS Activation
Plan and execute in-store activations across NL, DE & UK
Conduct shop tours and ensure our presence in-store stands out & spreads warmth
Support trade fair participation (mainly in Germany) alongside our Sales team
WE’D LOVE IT IF YOU
Have 2–4 years of experience in a commercial business
Are hands-on, creative, and eager to make a tangible impact
Have a commercial mindset with a keen eye for opportunities and improvements
Are a strong communicator in English, and ideally also in German and/or Dutch
Are proactive — from POS setups to shop tours
Love to work with Excel and enjoy building presentations with a sharp, structured approach
Have some experience working with OpenAI
work most of your time from our HQ in Utrecht
Occasionally like to travel within Europe
Enjoy being part of a warm and fast-moving scale-up team
Have a driver’s license
